If you have forgotten your password, go to and enter either the username or email address associated with your account. Once you are logged in, you can find your username on your profile page by hovering your cursor over your name at the top right of the page and selecting the 'View profile' option. If you have forgotten your username, try logging in using your email instead of your username. I forgot my STEPP username and/or password. If you are still not able to log in or create an account, contact the Help Desk. If you are unable to access the site, select the Forgotten your username or password? button. To log into the website, go to and type in your username or email and password. If you are still not able to log in, contact the Help Desk.
